**Mission:** Perform general, civil, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical maintenance on de-energized equipment or low voltage systems. · Handle movement and/or lifting of materials, parts, and equipment; · Assemble scaffolding by assembling and securing its wooden or metal components to enable work execution; · Perform construction, maintenance, conservation, and restoration tasks in heritage areas (minor repairs); · Carry out minor masonry work on walls, floors, and roofs in internal and external structures; · Assemble and repair water, sewage, sinks, tanks, toilets, valves, faucets, water tanks, pneumatic devices, and other piping systems; · Fabricate building components or parts, door frames, windows, sashes, and other fittings; perform other related services; · Assemble and repair wooden parts using manual tools; · Perform general painting tasks; · Perform general cleaning tasks on machines, filters, hoses, and others; · Install electrical wiring, as well as assemble and disassemble cable trays; · Replace lamps, ballasts, and other components in low-voltage lighting systems, provided that electrical equipment complies with official technical standards; · Replace electro-electronic components in de-energized or extra-low voltage energized equipment; · Perform cutting activities on metal sheets and pipes; · Carry out minor welding on structures, sheets, supports (Electrode); · Properly complete service orders and reports for preventive and corrective maintenance performed. · Keep the workplace clean and organized Service order completion.
