Your responsibilities are structured across the following pillars: 1\. Risk Prevention and Management * Technical Inspection: Monitor facilities and equipment to identify and mitigate risk factors. * Risk Analysis: Issue Preliminary Risk Analyses (APR) and continuously monitor operational risks. * Field Presence: Provide technical support in operational areas of the units under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulations. 2\. Training and Safety Culture * Capacity Building: Develop and deliver training on safety regulations, fire prevention, and accident prevention. * Integration: Conduct onboarding and integration for new employees and service providers. * Awareness: Promote safety campaigns through Weekly Safety Dialogues (DSS) and educational interventions. 3\. Documentation and Legal Compliance * Technical Records: Issue PPP (Professional Occupational Profile). * Internal Processes: Manage the CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) election process and administration (NR 5\). * Incident Management: File CAT (Work Accident Communication) and conduct thorough root-cause investigations. 4\.
