




Job Summary: We are seeking an External B2B Sales Representative to conduct prospecting, commercial visits, and sales closure in the solar energy sector, with emphasis on relationship building and results. Commercial, strategic, and results-oriented profile We are looking for **an External Sales Representative** to work in a B2B model, focusing on prospecting, commercial visits, and sales closure in the solar energy sector. **Responsibilities**: Prospect and engage leads within the assigned region Perform lead screening and qualification prior to scheduling visits Schedule commercial visits and manage calendar Conduct in-person visits and close sales Track submitted proposals and perform follow\-up until conversion Maintain CRM updated with all customer interaction stages Build and sustain customer relationships to generate referrals Re-engage inactive leads with new offers and campaigns Collect basic technical information (electricity bill, roof type, available space, etc.) Forward administrative requests after sales closure Support, when necessary, the basic installation process to align with the customer Requirements: * Completed high school education * Experience in external sales * B2B experience * Commercial, strategic, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Knowledge of sales methodologies is a plus * Experience in the solar energy sector is a plus Benefits * Meal allowance: BRL 400 * Transportation voucher (VT) * Birthday day off * Kilometer reimbursement (for personal vehicle and valid driver's license), subject to clear policy * Commission / variable pay based on targets (integrated into remuneration)
