**POSITION: GENERAL SERVICES – CONDOMINIUM** We are hiring a professional to work in General Services at a condominium. We are looking for someone committed, punctual, and detail-oriented. Location: Salto do Norte / Blumenau Working hours: 8am to 5pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am to 12pm (Saturday) Responsibilities: * Cleaning and maintenance of common areas (lobby, stairs, garage, party room, etc.); * Proper waste collection and disposal; * Assistance with minor maintenance tasks and organization of outdoor areas; * Collaboration with the building superintendent and other condominium staff. Requirements: * Previous experience in the role (cleaning or maintenance); * Diligence, responsibility, and good interpersonal skills; * Flexible availability.
