STV is hiring: HR ASSISTANT (Exclusively for Persons with Disabilities) Responsibilities: * Support administrative and operational routines of the department, assisting in internal processes and controls. * Organize and update spreadsheets, documents, and information, ensuring everything remains accessible and up-to-date. * Assist in the Recruitment and Selection process, including initial contact with candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking stages via communication channels (WhatsApp, phone, and e-mail). * Post job openings across all designated channels, maintaining consistent posting frequency and ensuring information accuracy and timeliness. Requirements: Strong communication skills; organizational ability and attention to detail; ease handling administrative routines; agility and willingness to learn; proactivity and responsibility. Preferred: Prior experience or basic knowledge in HR is a plus (but not mandatory).
