JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized and well-presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to producing various products (related to the bakery’s product mix) by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, baking, frying, cutting, and packaging products, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and defined standards and goals; Contribute to loss reduction by properly organizing display according to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and producing forecasted quantities as per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Assist in counting products for inventory assessments, controls, and stocktaking; Ensure and maintain sector organization and cleanliness, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** R.
