**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Map, document, and standardize textile production processes;
* Identify bottlenecks and waste in the production process and propose corrective and preventive actions;
* Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), such as efficiency, productivity, and losses;
* Participate in factory layout design and process flow planning;
* Apply continuous improvement tools (5S, PDCA, A3, FCA, etc.);
* Develop technical presentations for projects related to quality, yield, and process audits, incorporating operational data, evidence, and performance indicators;
* Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to identify root causes, define corrective/preventive actions, and consolidate results for managerial reporting or audits;
* Present structured and visual reports (charts, tables, dashboards) to support leadership decision-making;
* Support annual budgeting.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration or Engineering.
* **Specific Courses**: Specialized programs for chart creation, technical writing, and presentation development.
* **Specific Knowledge**: Data interpretation, construction of analytical charts; familiarity with the textile supply chain is a plus.
