**JOB OPENING: Senior Accounting Analyst / Accounting Specialist** **Blumenau – Vila Nova Neighborhood** **100% on-site.** A well-established accounting firm is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst (or Accounting Specialist) to join the team and assume a comprehensive technical workload, with autonomy and high responsibility. If you master accounting closing, complex reconciliations, and ancillary tax filings better than most — this position was made for you. **Responsibilities** * Perform full monthly accounting closing for companies under Simples, Presumed, and Actual tax regimes. * Execute and review accounting reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Ensure proper accounting classification, provisions, reconciliations, and necessary adjustments. * Prepare and review key ancillary tax obligations, including: * ECD – Digital Accounting Records * ECF – Digital Fiscal Accounting Records * DEFIS * DIRF (where applicable) * DCTF and DCTFWeb * EFD Contributions (when required) * Prepare financial statements and balance sheets. * Collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide accounting analyses, recommendations, and organizational support. * Ensure timely delivery and technical quality of all deliverables. **Requirements** * Solid experience as a Senior Accounting Analyst. * Experience working with companies under different tax regimes (Simples, Presumed, and Actual). * Proficiency in monthly closing procedures and ancillary tax obligations. * Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and sharp technical insight. * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active CRC registration and **proficiency in Questor or Senior software (preferred)** * Experience in accounting firms. * Strong analytical ability, accuracy, and commitment to deadlines. **Salary + Benefits (detailed during interview stage)** Compensation: R$6.000,00 – R$8.500,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
