




Prerequisites (mandatory) * **High school diploma** (higher education in progress in Administration/Commercial is welcome). * **Experience (6 months)** in **inside sales** or **active telemarketing** (B2C) — preferably with vehicle protection. * **Excellent communication** (verbal and written), good typing skills, and customer service via **phone/WhatsApp/email**. * **Negotiation and closing** focused on targets, handling objections, and persistence. * **CRM organization and discipline**: registering contacts, funnel stages, follow-ups, and lead status. * **Basic calculation/simulation knowledge** (use of **FIPE Table**). * **Basic product knowledge**: standard coverages, roadside assistance, tracking devices, inspections, and acceptance criteria. * **Proficiency with tools**: Office/Google Suite, WhatsApp Business, and any **CRM**. * **Basic LGPD practices** (proper handling of customer data). * **Availability** for business hours (**including Saturdays**) in a **presential** work arrangement. Desirable (advantageous) * Previous experience in **vehicle protection**. * Experience with **dialers**, service queues, and daily targets (AHT, contacts/day). * **Consultative selling techniques** (SPIN/GPCT/BANT) and **multichannel follow-up**. * **Basic financial math** (installments, interest rates, comparisons). * **Class B driver's license (CNH B)** to support internal inspections.
