Beverage and food service for meetings and employees Perform food pre\-preparation and preparation, as well as assemble side dishes and arrange utensils. Receive and inspect purchased food supplies. Prepare and sanitize the kitchen and/or pantry before starting operations. Sanitize the kitchen, pantry, and/or cold room at pre\-determined intervals. Measure the temperature of food items exposed for consumption and record such measurements. Prepare and serve coffee and/or tea to various company departments at scheduled times, and collect thermal bottles after use. Prepare beverages and food for consumption during meetings, according to the meeting schedule. Clean the dining area, tables, and counters.
