Job Summary: Lead and integrate Infrastructure, Development, and Paid Media functions to ensure technological stability and advancement, combining managerial oversight with hands-on technical execution. Leadership of development teams (Front-end and Back-end) and Scrum. **Job Objective** Lead and integrate the areas of Infrastructure, Software Development, and Paid Media to ensure the company's technological stability and evolution. **This is a coordination role with strong operational involvement: in addition to managing people and priorities, the professional actively participates in technical execution—getting hands-on—with infrastructure, development, and system integration.** **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate Infrastructure, Software Development, and Paid Media teams, aligning technical priorities with business objectives; * Perform direct technical task execution—not only team management—but also infrastructure configuration, feature development, and integrations as needed; * Manage and evolve network infrastructure, cloud servers, and corporate tools; * Lead the development team (Front\-end and Back\-end), ensuring quality, adherence to best practices, and on-time delivery; * Facilitate agile ceremonies (Scrum), backlog prioritization, and management of multidisciplinary squads; * Supervise and execute system integration and automation (ERP, databases, automated workflows); * Collaborate with the responsible area to monitor and validate the company’s paid media strategies; * Serve as the technical reference point for architecture, tooling, and technology stack decisions. **Requirements** ***Infrastructure*** * Computer networks. * Mikrotik (configuration and administration). * Cloud server administration. * Google Workspace (administration). ***Software Development*** * Front\-end: JavaScript (modern frameworks such as React or Vue). * Back\-end: Node.js. * Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL). * Process automation: n8n. * Code versioning (Git/GitHub). * Consumption and development of REST APIs. * Containerization and deployment (Docker). * System and ERP integration. * Knowledge of software architecture and coding best practices (code review, testing). * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). ***Tools*** * Jira (project and squad management). **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Paid Media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). * Experience in environments requiring simultaneous team management and hands-on technical execution. **Desired Profile** * Prior experience in technical coordination or leadership of teams, with a “hands-on” profile—not purely managerial. * Analytical, organized, and effective communicator across technical and business domains. * Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple concurrent initiatives. * Autonomy to propose and implement process and technology improvements.
