Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products on shelves and gondolas, ensuring quality and presentation of the product assortment to customers. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to sales targets and loss reduction in the FLV department. 2. Ensures organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils. 3. Performs control and removal of expired products. About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supplying, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands within the FLV department; ensuring correct pricing while adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the FLV department’s sales targets by supplying, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands, applying correct pricing, and following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—thus ensuring and enhancing the integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses and cold chambers, as well as through department organization, sanitation, cleaning, expiration date verification according to the FIFO principle (First Expired, First Out), and compliance with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and removal of expired products, as well as those with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Education:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
