With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on FLV department shelves and islands; correct pricing; adherence to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and promoting product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product mix (assortment) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on shelves and islands, in warehouses and cold chambers; organization; cleaning and sanitization of the department; verification of expiration dates according to PVPS rotation (First Expired, First Out), as well as adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and retrieval of expired products and products with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** Av Das Comunidades, 995 \- Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working Hours:** 06:00–10:00 and 12:00–14:20 **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position open to persons with disabilities (PCD)
