JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for receiving and inspecting goods in the warehouse, verifying weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity against invoices (NFs); reporting any anomalies or discrepancies to the supervisor; prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CD items. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to efficient warehouse operations by opening and closing it according to scheduled hours; organizing delivery receipt scheduling; inspecting goods for weight, quantity, expiration date, and physical integrity; cross-checking with invoices (NFs); reporting anomalies or discrepancies to the supervisor; prioritizing trucks carrying FLV, FLC, meats, bread, and CD items; Supervise and guide vehicle maneuvering, as well as loading and unloading of goods; Assist in organizing received goods within the warehouse, moving pallets to designated locations, safeguarding them, and promptly reporting packaging violations, thefts, or other incidents to store management; Sort and arrange shipment of unsellable products (e.g., returns) to suppliers; Verify invoices (NFs) against purchase orders, checking deadlines and payments; enter data into the internal system after sorting and forwarding invoices to headquarters; Ensure proper use and maintain an organized workplace and equipment; Assist in related tasks as required; Request inspection support from butchery and FLV department supervisors to ensure quality; Requirements Previous experience in this field **Education:** Completed High School **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – basic level **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** R.
