Managed by a multi-family administration, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cash register operations and customer service, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and processing payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and submitting daily financial reports at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellent customer service at the checkout counter by following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weight, and system consistency; collecting payments; for checks, verifying prior authorization and making proper endorsements on the back; for cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure cash withdrawals from the register during the shift and its closure, including counting cash, reconciling totals, signing reports, and delivering them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Contribute to reducing losses at the checkout area through preventive actions such as minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, and quickly returning perishable goods, etc. Maintain the workplace and work equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks whenever necessary, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiration date verification, gift wrapping, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Ibirama \-SC **Working Hours:** 12:00 \- 20:20 **Benefits:** Attendance Bonus Dental Plan Pharmacy Benefit Program Store Purchase Discount Program Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
