About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the checkout and serving customers, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals from the register, closing the register, and providing end-of-shift financial reporting. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system correspondence, processing payments—including verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back when accepting checks—and authenticating cash; Ensure cash withdrawals from the register during the shift and its closure by counting cash, totaling amounts, signing reports, and submitting them to the Supervisor and/or depositing funds into a safe or 24-hour cash box, thereby preventing excessive exposure of cash and ensuring accurate financial reporting; Contribute to achieving targets of current campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly notifying the Supervisor for corrective action; Contribute to reducing front-end losses by proactively minimizing bag waste, potential thefts, and ensuring prompt returns of perishable goods, etc. Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect working and clean condition; request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with sorting merchandise for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
