JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in meat selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking across various meat types, maintaining organization, visual appeal, and proper storage according to established standards, production schedules, and protocols; additionally provide customer service and sales, offer products, and clarify inquiries in accordance with company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and performance goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and deliver personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and hand over products to customers; Assist in meat selection, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking across various meat types, maintaining organization, visual appeal, and proper storage according to established standards, schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and performance goals; also properly store trimmings, fat, and tallow in designated collection boxes for sale to bone-processing factories; Support efficient customer service by continuously replenishing product display counters and applying correct pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce shrinkage and discrepancies through frequent inventory checks and appropriate handling and storage of meat; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers; maintain cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the work area, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, stock controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily; remove damaged, expired, or unlabeled products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures; request equipment calibration and maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** Av.
