With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for producing specialty cuts, assembling and organizing counters, serving customers—including advising them on types of meat, products, and derivatives—performing cutting and deboning operations, as well as preserving, restocking, and organizing products in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display, as well as providing personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on types of meat, products, and derivatives; perform cutting and deboning; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers, following rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established targets; Contribute to customer loyalty by preparing and displaying differentiated products—specialty cuts; Collect and pack leftover bones, fats, and tallow into the designated collector box for sale to the bone factory; Ensure replenishment of service and self-service counters by preparing for store opening and restocking according to sales turnover; Participate in checking product expiration dates and quality, verifying storage conditions, evaluating and reusing products where possible, suggesting replacements in cases of abnormalities per internal procedures, and ensuring correct product pricing according to the price list; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while maintaining cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the workplace, adhering to hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Ensure reduction of shrinkage and discrepancies through frequent inventory checks and proper handling and storage of meat; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance as needed; Conduct ongoing training and guidance for the team; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Experience (in the field):** Butchery **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education **Specific knowledge:** Meat deboning processes, specialty cutting techniques, counter assembly knowledge, food handling Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Hermann Tribess Street, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Working hours:** 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Stores Life Insurance * Position available for PWDs
