Managed by multiple families, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively presented, and packaging them according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in compliance with company rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and established standards and goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items in accordance with production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, and established standards and goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring correct pricing per predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing product displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing forecasted quantities as per production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and pricing, performing daily checks and removing products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts, controls, and audits by assisting with product counting; Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, equipment, and utensils by performing daily hygiene procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** BR-470, Nações \- 399 **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Program Shopping Benefits Program (for group stores) Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
