Job Summary: The professional will assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs—handling ingredients, organizing products, and providing customer service and sales—while adhering to hygiene and production standards. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing bread, savory snacks, and doughs—sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards—following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales, offering products and clarifying doubts in accordance with rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging them, following production schedules and protocols, rules, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and goals; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and ensuring correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by correctly organizing displays according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices—performing daily checks—and remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance when necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever needed; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
