We are a company of innovative, creative, and diverse people—so we warmly welcome you and your diversity. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Leading implementation processes for our solutions, conducting follow-up and training meetings with our customers to ensure they understand all features of our tool; * Aligning project expectations and success criteria with our customers; * Adhering to implementation scope and schedule, ensuring project delivery meets established standards and deadlines; * Conducting user training remotely and occasionally in person; * Assisting our customers with questions and other issues related to implementation. **✔️ What You Need to Know:** * Experience working on implementation projects or in customer support; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and general technology;
