Maintenance Assistant

Description

Job Summary: Professional to assist in various operational activities, including equipment receiving, shipping, and preparation; support for teams; and internal organization, with a focus on data confidentiality. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and logistical support for equipment 2. Assistance in mechanical and instrumentation maintenance 3. Responsibility for data confidentiality * Receiving and shipping equipment to customers and suppliers. * Assisting internal and external mechanical and instrumentation maintenance teams. * Assisting with internal organization and cleaning. * Receiving carriers for various deliveries. * Opening internal service orders (OS). * Assisting in equipment preparation, blasting, and disassembly processes. * Purchasing supplies from local suppliers. * Packaging and inspecting equipment to be dispatched to customers. * Safeguarding and maintaining confidentiality of company-related information, as well as personal data received from customers and/or suppliers, in accordance with Law No. 13\.709/2018 (General Data Protection Law), prohibiting any adverse use or handling of such data and requiring immediate notification to the supervisor in case of accidental or unauthorized data leakage. * Ensuring proper custody, preservation, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment, instruments, materials, and the workplace, in compliance with internal rules and safety regulations. * Performing other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the position.
