Maintain tools and participate in improvement projects Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform equipment MPO, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, aiming to ensure the machine is fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Finish raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in the execution of improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures, aiming to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879644
