




Job Summary: This role involves supporting recruitment and selection processes, guiding and accompanying students and companies to promote social inclusion and professional development. We believe that promoting **youth social inclusion** in the workplace is a decisive factor for a **better and more equitable society**, and if this also motivates you, join our team! **Selection Process Steps:** * Application and resume evaluation; * Chat with the recruiter (conducted online); * Technical interview with the local Supervisor/Coordinator; * Feedback and/or offer (always delivered with transparency, empathy, and respect). **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission will be:** * Support recruitment and selection processes and student services for interns and apprentices, guiding and accompanying students and companies throughout the hiring period. **Your activities will include:** * Supporting recruitment and selection activities for internship positions; * Informing young people about internship positions currently undergoing selection; * Verifying internship opportunities (open, reserved, canceled, closed) and reporting on internship opportunity maintenance; * Assisting students and companies by providing various information; * Updating registered student information in the operational system; * Promoting internship opportunities to educational institutions and registered students; * Referring students to internship opportunities; * Contacting various companies to maintain open internship positions; * Clarifying doubts and guiding the public regarding CIEE’s services and programs; * Other duties relevant to the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Availability for 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM); * Experience in recruitment and selection is a plus. **Additional Information** To take care of you, we offer: * **Medical assistance (Unimed)** with 50% co-payment for procedures, **no monthly fee** for employees.
