So, are you inspired to become a TSM? **Discover our opportunity below:** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive continuous product improvement (e.g., descriptions and images) to increase conversion rates and enhance customer experience; * Analyze and prepare received information (registration forms) through the registration workflow, ensuring information quality, consistency, and reliability; * Perform product registration on management platforms, ensuring completeness and adherence to required standards; * Monitor departmental KPIs to identify opportunities for improving registrations and processes; * Execute necessary maintenance actions on registration data requiring adjustment (temporary or permanent); * Document processes, best practices, and registration-area standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Power BI; * Familiarity with AI tools. **Additional Information** Department: Registration Work Model: Hybrid Opportunity available at: Blumenau/SC unit Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:40 Here, people come first That’s why our benefits are designed to deliver **well-being, development, and quality of life**.
