Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for inspecting, operating, and performing finishing on parts to ensure quality, safety, and productivity. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain tools, adhere to safety regulations, and participate in continuous improvement projects Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Training Course for Rotating Arm and Monorail Operator * Perform the Equipment MPO (Maintenance Prevention Operation), inspecting components daily and arranging corrective maintenance requests when necessary, to ensure the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc device to remove defects (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welds), paying attention to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve area productivity indicators; * Maintain tools under one's responsibility by using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in implementing continuous improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards stipulated by the 5S philosophy. 2512050202181000010
