To help drive the tech ecosystem with us, learn more about the **Senior Technology Manifesto**. **ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:** We’re seeking a DevSecOps Analyst with an AI focus to design, evolve, and operate a robust platform for developing AI agents. This professional will play a pivotal role in defining standards, architecture, and MLOps practices—ensuring scalability, reliability, and governance across the lifecycle of models and intelligent agents. This is a strategic position involving direct collaboration with data, software engineering, platform, and product teams—contributing to the creation of innovative solutions based on generative AI and autonomous systems. Responsibilities:* Design, develop, and evolve a platform for building, orchestrating, and monitoring AI agents; * Define and implement advanced MLOps practices—including model versioning, CI/CD for models, pipeline automation, and observability; * Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and security; * Build and maintain end-to-end automated pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning models and LLMs; * Implement monitoring strategies for model performance, drift, and quality; * Support definition of architectural standards for agent-based systems (multi\-agent systems, workflows, tool usage, etc.); * Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, governance, and availability; * Partner with product teams to build business-value-oriented solutions; * Continuously enhance the platform with a focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and developer experience.
