Knowledge of technical drawings and ERP systems **Position at 1st Shift (metallurgical company) in Blumenau - Itoupava Central** **Working Hours:** Mon. to Fri. – 5:00 AM to 2:48 PM. **Experience:** Proven experience in the metallurgical field **Education Level:** Completed Secondary Education **Required Knowledge:** Reading and interpretation of mechanical technical drawings. Knowledge of machining, welding, and stamping processes. Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for indicator tracking). ERP system knowledge. **Responsibilities:** People and Team Management: Lead, motivate, and guide the team of operators, assistants, and welders (as applicable). Assign staff daily to workstations according to production scheduling.
