Job Summary:
Responsible for the development, monitoring, and control of knitted fabrics, ensuring quality and accuracy throughout textile processes—from technical specifications to batch release.
Key Highlights:

**Location: Blumenau** .
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include:**
* Developing technical specifications for knitted fabrics;
* Developing knitted fabrics, adjusting fabric weight (g/m²) and width as required;
* Requesting color development from dye houses;
* Monitoring the dyeing process for fabric batches, conducting detailed tests including: color testing, fabric weight (g/m²), texture, shade, shrinkage, quality, and stain identification;
* Registering yarn, fabric, and warp data in the system (SISPLAN), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness;
* Liaising with dye houses and representatives regarding all matters related to fabrics, scheduling, quality, and batch release;
* Composing sample fabrics (through research and development up to final location);
* Registering yarns and fabrics in the system;
* Preparing detailed processing documents for dyeing processes (ramming, napping, and calendering);
* Dispatching fabrics to dye houses and monitoring progress per process specifications;
* Requesting fabrics and/or knitted fabrics that cannot be developed internally;
* Analyzing and sorting fabrics for preparation of technical reports;
* Verifying results of received technical reports and forwarding outcomes to clients;
* Analyzing and preparing technical components of tenders related to knitted fabrics;
* Performing other tasks of equivalent complexity, as required by department/company needs;
* Fully complying with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards.
**Requirements to Apply:**
* Completed qualification as a Textile Technician;
* Relevant experience in the above-described role/activities;
* Experience in garment manufacturing/weaving;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
