Define priorities, guide activities, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Make strategic decisions jointly with management, resolve problems, and manage team conflicts. Promote clear communication and cross-departmental integration. Develop team members through feedback, training, and performance monitoring. Implement and monitor process improvements, automation, and performance indicators. Manage contracts, budget, and expense control for the department. Ensure information security and compliance with company guidelines. Efficiently address internal customer requests. Develop and execute procurement strategies and policies. Conduct supplier negotiations to achieve optimal cost-benefit ratios. Manage the procurement budget and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Evaluate and present departmental performance indicators to management. Prospect, qualify, and develop suppliers. Monitor market conditions, pricing, and trends to support strategic decision-making. Ensure supplier quality, compliance, and qualification. Plan and supervise warehousing and material handling operations. Control inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Ensure efficient processes for receiving, storage, and distribution. Coordinate inventory counts and stock audits. Ensure warehouse organization, safety, and adherence to best practices. Integrate activities with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to optimize materials management. Requirements to Apply: Experience in strategic procurement management. Experience in supplier and contract management. Understanding of cost analysis and commercial negotiation. Experience in inventory and warehouse operations management. Proven track record in budget planning and control. Familiarity with performance indicator (KPI) analysis. Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management. Experience in inventory control and stock auditing. Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools. Experience in the Textile Industry.
