REQUIREMENTS: Completed elementary school; over 18 years of age. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in an industrial production area. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Identify each shift’s requirements and request necessary materials and equipment for the process to ensure cell productivity; - Assemble equipment and tools requiring prior preparation—such as screens/silk, cutting cylinders, clichés, anilox rollers, etc.—to enable rapid machine setup for operation; - Provide the printer with required materials and devices for product manufacturing, as specified in the order form; - Perform product changeovers on machines, aiming to reduce setup time.
