




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising finance, accounting, and the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient process management and support to senior management. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of Accounts Payable and Receivable, and daily bank reconciliation. 2. Cash flow management, collections, and negotiation with suppliers. 3. Strategic involvement in finance, accounting, and Human Resources departments. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Supervising Accounts Payable and Receivable, ensuring daily bank reconciliation; * Preparing projected cash flow reports to support senior management decision-making; * Managing collections from delinquent customers and negotiating payment terms with suppliers; * Analyzing monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Organizing and submitting all monthly documentation to external accounting firms (invoices, bank statements, receipts); * Verifying expense classification and cost centers; * Assisting with tax calculations and ensuring company negative certificates are up to date; * Supporting the preparation of trial balances and managerial performance reports. * Analyzing monthly reports and key performance indicators (KPIs); * Collecting and verifying payroll variables (overtime hours, absences, commissions); * Managing employee benefits (purchasing and issuing transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health insurance); * Controlling documentation for new hires and supporting termination processes; * Managing vacation schedules and controlling medical examinations (PCMSO/ASO). **Requirements to apply for this opportunity:** * Leadership experience; * Senior-level experience in administrative departments, specifically in finance, accounting, and HR; * Knowledge of strategic indicators and KPIs; * Proficiency in ERP systems; * Advanced Excel skills.
