So move with us!* \#we**move**towin **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on high-complexity industrial equipment. * Diagnose technical failures in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, proposing robust and definitive solutions. * Serve as the team’s technical reference, supporting resolution of critical issues and decision-making. * Plan and supervise maintenance interventions, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct failure analyses (RCFA) and implement continuous improvement actions. * Support the development and review of maintenance plans and technical procedures. * Train and guide technicians at lower levels and new employees. * Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to optimize processes and increase asset reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. **Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Solid experience in industrial maintenance. * Technical leadership skills and ability to resolve complex problems. * Availability to work in rotating shifts. * Technical English. * NR10 certification.
