So move with us!* \#we**move**towin **Job Description** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on high-complexity industrial equipment. * Diagnose technical failures in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, proposing robust and definitive solutions. * Plan and supervise maintenance interventions, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct failure analyses (RCFA) and implement continuous improvement actions. * Support the development and revision of maintenance plans and technical procedures. * Train and guide junior technicians and new employees. * Interact with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments to optimize processes and increase asset reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Qualifications** **Prerequisites:** * Completed technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Technical leadership skills and ability to resolve complex problems. * Availability to work in rotating shifts. * Technical English. * NR10 certification.
