We thrive on challenges, are guided by innovation, and are committed to delivering **high-impact solutions**, every single day. **About the opportunity:** **Serasa Experian** is seeking an **AI Software Architect with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence** to design, evolve, and govern AI solutions within an enterprise environment—characterized by high criticality, scalability, and stringent audit requirements. This professional will play a strategic role in defining AI architectures, working closely with data science, engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure AI initiatives align with governance best practices, compliance standards, and business value. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Architecting enterprise-scale AI solutions, including **integrating AI agents with MCP servers**, ensuring security, traceability, observability, and performance. * Supporting infrastructure and architectural decisions, considering distributed environments, high-availability requirements, and Serasa’s enterprise standards. * Evaluating and selecting **LLMs**, based on criteria such as cost, latency, data privacy, regulatory risks, and alignment with business use cases. * **Defining guardrails, metrics, and governance mechanisms for AI applications**, ensuring responsible, auditable, and compliant usage per internal policies and applicable regulations. * Working closely with **data scientists**, assuming—initially—an active role in defining metrics, usage limits, and solution architecture, bridging models, applications, and infrastructure. * **Designing new AI initiatives**, from technical conception through definition of reusable architectural patterns, in collaboration with data and engineering teams. * Ensuring adherence to **microservices architectures**, promoting loose coupling, scalability, resilience, and auditability. **What you need:** * Solid experience as a **Software Architect** in enterprise environments. * Proven track record in production projects involving **Artificial Intelligence and/or Generative AI**. * Proficiency in **microservices architectures**. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with the **MCP protocol** applied to AI solutions. * Experience integrating **AI agents** with backend systems and corporate platforms. * Ability to define **guardrails, metrics, governance standards, and observability practices** for AI applications. * Experience collaborating effectively with **data, engineering, security, and platform teams**. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Prior experience in regulated or high-criticality environments (e.g., sensitive data, risk, credit, analytics). * Knowledge of **AI auditing, explainability, model monitoring, and AI compliance**. * Experience with **large-scale AI solutions**, involving multiple teams and business domains.
