About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for cashier operations and customer service, following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighting merchandise, processing payments, performing cash drawer withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at shift end. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the checkout, adhering to protocols, rules, regulations, and pre-established standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system correspondence; collecting payments; when accepting checks, confirming prior authorization and making proper notations on the back; when accepting cash, verifying authenticity; Ensure timely cash drawer withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure, including counting cash, totaling amounts, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby preventing excessive exposed cash accumulation and ensuring accurate accounting; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by promoting available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for resolution; Help reduce front-end losses through preventive actions—e.g., minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, promptly returning perishables; Maintain the workstation and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in sorting goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks whenever necessary—including shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, pricing and expiry date verification of merchandise, gift wrapping, among others; Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** R.
