Focus on system stability, evolution, and customization **Job Description:** ---------------------- Provide first- and second-level technical support for Senior ERP and other legacy systems, ensuring resolution of incidents and internal customer requests. Develop and customize SGI reports and screens according to business needs using Senior Programming Language (LSP), and when necessary, using SQL commands. Ensure good practices in documentation, versioning, and delivery quality. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Experience with Senior ERP (modules and integrations). Advanced knowledge of LSP (Senior Programming Language). Experience in developing SGI reports and screens. Proficiency in SQL (queries, optimizations). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Proactivity and ownership mindset, with a problem-solving orientation. Strong communication skills and ability to interact with various business areas. Organization, attention to detail, and results focus. Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks autonomously. Certifications or training on the Senior platform. Experience with Senior ERP.
