Job Summary: The professional will analyze, evaluate, and address non-conformities in knitted/fabric samples; conduct sewability and new product testing; and generate quality indicators while guiding warehouses. Generate quality indicators and guide warehouses **Job Description:** ---------------------- Analyze standard knitted/fabric samples against purchased fabric; evaluate shrinkage percentage, appearance, and color tone by comparing with the standard sample; address identified non-conformities to resolve issues; conduct sewability testing and issue an assessment regarding material strength; perform new product testing to support engineering decisions on material usage or non-usage; generate quality indicators, recording them in computerized systems and Excel; guide warehouses on batch receipt and inspection; monitor/audit weaving, dyeing, and finishing processes; audit fabric inspection processes; fully comply with safety, quality, organization, and cleanliness standards; perform other related tasks as required by the company. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed technical education (Quality, Textile, or Apparel) or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree plus relevant work experience. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Flash Card, Group Life Insurance, Health and Dental Plans, Birthday Day Off, Gas Voucher, Movie Voucher, 13th Salary Bonus, Pharmacy Partnership, and Special Discounts at Our Stores. **Work Location:** ---------------------- Blumenau/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ General schedule (Monday to Friday)
