




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Provide technical support and propose improvements to the company’s internal IT infrastructure environments, including Dell, HP, and IBM servers; Provide technical support and propose improvements to the organization’s physical and logical network connectivity and security; Provide on-site and remote technical support (Help Desk) to users of systems, peripherals, and computers; Perform hardware maintenance and configuration for workstations and mobile devices in use; Provide internal support for WAN and MAN networks in Windows environments (Active Directory), VNC, Terminal Services, security policies, and proficiency in Windows and Linux platforms; Monitor computer networks, protocols, and associated services (TCP/IP, subnets, DHCP, DNS, IP routing, gateway, proxy, Cisco firewall, IPS, IDS, DMZ, among others); Provide support for email, printing, VPN, telephony systems, videoconferencing, and other services; Maintain a technical inventory (software and hardware) of all equipment (workstations and mobile devices). **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Prior experience in this role is required; Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; Knowledge of: ITIL, Windows and Linux network administration, hardware maintenance, GNU, Total Quality Management (TQM), VMware environment virtualization, Microsoft environment virtualization, and project management (PMI). **WORK SCHEDULE:** Working hours to be agreed upon **BENEFITS:** Salary up to BRL 2,200.00 + benefits.
