**RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsibilities: Manage and monitor applications to ensure the IT environment remains operational; Capable of developing scripts to automate tasks; Manage and implement security policies; Manage internet and telephony links; Administer and monitor firewalls; Manage and monitor antivirus systems; Administer monitoring software; Manage and implement backup routines; Manage and monitor UPS units; Plan and execute changes within your scope of responsibility; Resolve incidents and requests related to networks and security; Perform routine network and security activities to ensure optimal performance and availability of the environment; Analyze and propose performance improvements or risk mitigation measures for the network environment. Conduct root cause analysis; Address incidents and problems within the environment; Manage the O365 environment (basic level); Perform server maintenance; Respond to IT audits. **REQUIREMENTS:** Requirements: Experience in sizing, deploying, and administering/operating on-premises and cloud infrastructure projects; Experience in hardware maintenance (Dell/iDrac preferred); Experience in firewall administration (FortiGate preferred); Experience with on-premises Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019, and Windows 10; Experience with on-premises services such as Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, and DHCP; Experience in administering Office 365 environments; Experience and hands-on knowledge of networking environments including L2/L3 switches (VLANs, routing); Experience in virtualization (VMware preferred); Experience with file-sharing technologies (Windows File Share, SMB, FTP, NFS, etc.); Experience in administering DNS domains and records; Experience in script development (Shell, PowerShell); Experience with monitoring software (Zabbix or Nagios); Knowledge of backup routines for MSSQL databases; Experience managing web filtering, antispam, VPN/IPS/IDS solutions; Technical English proficiency; Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or related fields; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Flexible working hours **BENEFITS:** Benefits: On-site cafeteria (for 3 days onsite); Sodexo meal card (for 2 remote days); Parking or transportation allowance; Unimed outpatient health plan.
