People management with alignment and respect **Responsibilities** Coordinate the team of managers from 3 stores, developing strategies and planning to deliver results; Ability to train both managers and sales staff according to the needs of each store and individual; Strong interpersonal skills, with people management based on alignment and respect; Create a weekly in-person store visit schedule; Jointly handle recruitment and leadership management with the franchisee; Monitor brand-aligned key performance indicators; Other duties to be discussed. **Qualifications** Completed high school education; complementary courses in sales and people management; prior leadership experience (Manager/Supervisor) at Chilli Beans or in optical retail.
