This professional must work collaboratively with other departments—including Production, Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics—to guarantee efficient production flow and execution of manufacturing orders according to demand. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES: Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans, ensuring efficient allocation of resources (machines, labor, and materials) for manufacturing both customized and serial machines. Lead production planning activities, defining delivery dates for new projects and coordinating corrective actions across departments in case of deviations. Schedule production and plan materials for the spare parts department. Strategically, tactically, and operationally plan production—from master plan preparation, scheduling, and planning through to order execution and control—ensuring data integrity and collection. Determine delivery dates and properly synchronize new projects with the existing resource and order network as well as sales forecasts, adjusting schedules to meet agreed deadlines and avoiding inventory overstock or shortages. Generate capacity plans and monitor assigned projects to meet target delivery dates, defining production priorities. Adopt, monitor, and analyze production performance indicators such as efficiency, productivity, lead time, and OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency), proposing corrective actions whenever necessary. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
