Collaborate with various internal departments **Job Description:** ---------------------- JOB MISSION: Structure and maintain the company's industrial cost system, ensuring information reliability, accurate cost calculation for purchased materials and manufactured products, and supporting pricing, margins, managerial decisions, and profitability control. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Structure the company's costing model - Assist in mapping the cost flow of production machinery - Assist in developing allocation criteria for support departments and indirect costs - Create spreadsheets and reports to support decision-making - Participate in calculating direct labor costs and indirect manufacturing costs - Assist in controlling losses, scrap, and rework - Support selling price formation, margin, and profitability analysis - Simulate pricing scenarios considering discounts, raw material and labor cost variations, and acquisition or refurbishment of used machinery - Identify cost reduction opportunities - Collaborate integrally with Commercial, Engineering, PCP/Production, and Tax/Accounting departments - Assist in inventory closing and valuation in Evolutize and SAP B1 systems - Identify deviations between standard and actual costing **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Cost Accounting. KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: Industrial costing and Cost Accounting Basic knowledge of tax calculation and taxation.
