**Join the Team Schein!**
Here, every person matters. We are a passionate team driven by delight, collectivity, and smiles on our faces.
We value open communication, ethics, diversity, inclusion, and creativity — with ample space for great ideas, transparency, and authentic exchange.
Our environment is light, collaborative, and welcoming. TSMs (as we affectionately call our team) have an active voice, are genuinely heard, and walk together with confidence, respect, and purpose.
We believe people are our greatest asset. That’s why we’ve created a place where everyone can grow, shine, and make a difference.
If you believe in the power of collective action, value genuine relationships, and want to contribute to a real purpose — advancing healthcare in Brazil by caring for our customers and fostering the growth of their businesses — your place may be here.
