Job Summary: Operate polyurethane (PU) injection molding machines to ensure product quality, precision, and safety, in compliance with technical standards and company specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Operate PU injection molding machines by adjusting parameters and monitoring performance 2. Perform basic maintenance, visual inspection, and dimensional inspection of parts 3. Focus on organization, attention to detail, and proactivity **We currently have an opening for a Polyurethane Injection Molding Operator – Blumenau/SC** Operate polyurethane (PU) injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment to ensure product quality, precision, and safety, in compliance with technical standards and company specifications. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate PU injection molding machines, adjusting injection parameters according to project requirements. * Assemble parts into molds and automatically inject raw materials. * Supply machines with isocyanate and ensure cleaning supplies are available. * Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure finished product quality. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on machines. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of produced parts. * Clean and maintain molds and machines. * Complete production reports and support the quality management system. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior experience operating injection molding machines (preferred) * Knowledge of safety regulations * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity **Skills and Competencies:** * Teamwork * Commitment to quality and productivity * Agility and responsibility * Ability to follow production standards and procedures **How to Apply:** Send your updated resume to **recrutamento@lordrefrigeracao.com.br**, with the subject line “Injection Molding Operator”, or via WhatsApp **(47\) 3306\-2500** *We encourage diversity and inclusion.
