Job Summary: Professional to handle real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing, collaborating on projects and technical standards. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in construction, environmental licensing, and civil licensing projects 2. Collaboration with engineers and architects across all project phases 3. Development of solutions and process improvements The professional will perform activities related to real estate regularization, construction, environmental and civil licensing. **Responsibilities:** Assist in the development of construction projects; Collaborate in the preparation and review of technical drawings; Work collaboratively with teams of engineers and architects at various project stages; Assist in interpreting technical standards and applying them during solution development; Contribute ideas and process improvements for the project department; Support client interactions by providing necessary guidance and explanations. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD); Knowledge of technical standards and local construction regulations; Prior experience in construction projects; Familiarity with Revit; Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus; Knowledge of 3D rendering software is a plus; Strong communication skills; Attention to detail; Creativity. **Benefits:** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Bonus. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Azambuja **City:** Brusque State SC
