We are seeking a Mechanical Engineering Intern with an analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn through hands-on experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the development of mechanical engineering projects focused on the Competitiveness area; * Assist in re-evaluating concepts, technical solutions, and structural designs of existing equipment; * Contribute to continuous improvement studies, aiming at performance optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency gains; * Participate in technical analyses, comparative assessments, and opportunity identification for project improvement; * Support the engineering team in preparing technical documentation, reports, and project reviews. **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics; * Interest in mechanical projects, innovation, and product improvement; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred); * Analytical, organized, proactive profile with strong willingness to learn; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge in project execution; * Familiarity with project control and management methodologies; * Experience with testing and validation of components or complete equipment; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of industrial automation.
