




This is a remote position. ### **About the Role** We are seeking a **Support Analyst** to provide customer support and technical assistance, with a focus on platforms such as **Salesforce**. The professional will be responsible for resolving inquiries, delivering agile, clear, and empathetic technical support, and collaborating to ensure a consistently positive customer experience. ### **Responsibilities** * Respond to and log customer support tickets via chat, email, and phone. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce, Monday.com, Zoho, and Zendesk. * Configure and adjust platform features according to customer requirements. * Escalate more complex issues to technical teams while keeping customers updated on resolution progress. * Document solutions and create support materials for the knowledge base. * Assist in the continuous improvement of support and customer service processes. ### **Requirements** **Requirement** Experience with Salesforce. **Desirable** * Basic understanding of system integrations. * Certifications or training on the mentioned platforms. * Technical English for reading documentation.
