Track orders, perform picking and shipping, ensuring adherence to deadlines and timely status updates in the system. Provide customer support via digital channels, clarifying inquiries and assisting with after-sales matters. Previous experience as an E\-commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E\-commerce Operator, or E\-commerce Support may indicate familiarity with some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
