Your daily responsibilities will include creating, evolving, testing, and refining products that reach the homes of thousands of people. **Your main responsibilities include:** * Develop new products while balancing market needs, production capabilities, and costs. * Create comprehensive technical specifications for new items. * Study and propose fabric utilization optimizations during cutting. * Guide and monitor samples and pilot batches. * Prepare performance reports for pilot batches. * Develop folding and packaging solutions for Commercial and Marketing departments. * Propose methods, techniques, and equipment to improve sewing processes. * Analyze quantities per box and pallet to optimize logistics. * Conduct measurements and weighings of new products. * Prepare pricing and cost analysis sheets. * Accurately determine the fiscal classification of each finished product. * Review data for registration in the corporate system. * Analyze competitors and propose product/process improvements. * Monitor installation of new machinery and equipment, understanding their limits and capabilities. * Provide technical support to production and support departments. **Technical Profile We Seek:** * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with generative AI. * Experience in product quotation. * Basic knowledge of product quality. * Understanding of processes, products, and raw materials. * Knowledge of materials and inventory management. * ERP experience. * Knowledge of costing, budgeting, and pricing. * Understanding of fiscal classification. * Knowledge of labeling regulations. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Textile Engineering, or Production Engineering.
